Agile Project Manager

Agile Project Manager required for global cutting edge software company based in Dublin City Centre. My Client is a very well know and high respected company in the global open source community. This role will suit someone that will enjoy providing innovative solutions to well-known multinational Clients and wants to join a rapidly expanding award winning software company

Responsibilities:  

·         Manage customer deliverables – from strategy through user experience design to solution design, development, testing and deployment. Project life cycle is typically 6-12 months

·         Define, gather and analyse requirements

·         Release planning and coordination within engineering teams.

·         Manage project risks and issues, tracking status and resolutions

·         Managing scope and change control through project phases, stages and milestones

·         Estimated travel of up to 30-50% to customer sites

Requirements:

·         Knowledge in Agile/Lean principles and practices

·         Excellent communication skills, team dynamics

·         Passionate about continuous improvement and problem-solving

·         Prior experience managing projects using agile techniques (Scrum, Agile, XP, etc)


·         Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision


·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex business solution concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences


·         Proven history of project delivery and measurable customer value


·         Tech Environment is Java, J2ee, Liferay, Agile etc
