Role: Advertising Account Coordinator
Location: Dublin 18
Term: 5 Month Contract
Five months contract opportunity within the Advertising Media Division of a Multi National Software Company.
This Media Specialist position is an advertising, sales & service position for the mid-tier business segment. This role is to support the Sales Team within the financial duties of billing clients to maintain and build client relationships through initial set up of clients’ online advertising campaigns. Analyse advertising performance and to manage and optimise client accounts on day-to-day basis
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients on programs including:
* initial setup of their online advertising campaigns
* service on analysis of their ad performance
* educating them in the processes for future self-management;
* up-sell and cross-sell of additional advertising
opportunities.
Other responsibilities include:
* processing invoices and creating payments to the suppliers and business partners
* building relationships with customers
* providing quality control and maintenance on multiple campaigns
* serving as frontline support to advertisers.
* communicating campaign status
* generating ad hoc reports to sales team
* scheduling ad campaigns on an ad management system.
You will have experience:
* in On-Line Media advertising
* understanding digital marketing products
* knowledge and understanding of all systems to respond to client requests
* billing inquiries
* click activity inquiries
* bidding requests
* display performance reporting etc
