Our client is a fast growing web technology company providing web based accounting applications to the legal and property sectors. They are now looking for an Accountancy Software Support Executive to join their passionate team.

Within an innovative and continuously evolving environment, you’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and build on your existing expertise.

As an Accountancy Software Support Executive, you’ll be tasked with supporting customers with their bookkeeping queries using our client’s suite of web-based accounting applications.

In this diverse role, you’ll build an in-depth understanding of the company’s applications to assist customers with their bookkeeping and technical queries.

You’ll listen to customers’ issues and ask the right questions in order to get to the bottom of their problem.

Building excellent relationships with customers, you’ll also ensure that a first-class service is delivered every time.
