Account Manager – Italian Speaking

At IT Alliance we have a requirement for an experienced Channel Account Manager with Fluency in both Italian and English

Execution of Channel policy within a portfolio of partners
Conduct structured partner engagement to drive partner operational performance
Manage partners to achieve specific scorecard objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries
Proactively liaise with Country Manager on partner related issues
Ensure accurate and timely status update requests
Be the primary point of escalation for operational issues
Manage complex issue resolution with customers including co-ordination and closure of short term and long term corrective actions 


Relationship Management

Build relationships with key counterparts in accounts
Ensure follow-up on all customer issues raised in scheduled call downs
Deliver customer training/retraining on Microsoft tools and processes
Share ownership of Customer Satisfaction score for your channel partners
Complete actions assigned as part of overall Customer Sat action plan
Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
Monitor customer escalations / complaints and identify and action where necessary
Monitor quality of customer support provided by Customer Operations
Requirements 

Excellent command of English 
Minimum 3 – 5 years demonstrated work experience in an operations environment including, account management, customer service, business operations, licensing, supply chain management or logistics.
