Account Manager – iGaming – Gambling Sector – London

IT Search, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland is one of Ireland’s leading retained technology, analytics and managed talent consulting groups working across EMEA. We are working exclusively with a global, ambitious and evolved online gambling client to appoint an Account Manager for the Commercial team based in London. 

Our client works across sports betting, casinos & live casino with global offices in 3 locations including London. This group have experienced staggering growth in the last few years and have a need to expand existing commercial operations.

As an account manager you'll join a growing commercial team focused on serving the needs of international stakeholders including agents, brokers and VIP customers.

Duties:

• Management of existing and evolving relationships among them key accounts
• Growing rapport and deepening relationships with a focus on retention and increasing value / spend
• KYC collection
• Collaborating with internal departments to drive excellent in CX
• Report generation
• Providing customers with info on key product suites so as to increase overall wallet spend

• Third level education
  
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong abilities to foster and grow relationships and develop loyalty
• Excellent presentation skills
• You're flexible regarding work times and are open to the opportunity to travel with the role
• Ideally you'll have knowledge of online betting (sports, horses) and an interest in understanding the casino market
• Good competency on sales orientated systems (Tableau, Salesforce) or other CRM tools
