This is an opportunity for a talented 2nd line Support Specialist to join a company that has proven to be a leading provider of performance marketing software.
In this role you will be part of a multinational and dynamic team, having the opportunity to demonstrate your experience in delivering a remarkable support service to given queries.
You will:
Accept and respond to customer user and technical queries
Escalate queries that cannot be resolved within 2nd line to 3rd line, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered and that details are accurately entered to the requestors and the various divisions’ satisfaction.
Achieve KPIs and objectives as set out by their Line Manager
Experience
Knowledge of IIS and Windows Servers, .NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to write SQL queries.
