Our Client has an Immediate require for [b]2nd Level Support Engineer[/b], to provide resolution to Client issues both on site and via remote access. This position is a direct result of the company’s continued growth and success in the market.

[b]Technical Experience Required:[/b]
* Experience in providing technical support to enterprise customers or software customers
* Working knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7)
* Setup, operation and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networking
* Experience with VMware ESX Server or VMware products
[b]Certifications[/b] – Either Microsoft or Cisco
