We will be honest with you. We will talk to you about what you do and don't want jobwise. What will challenge you, excite you, have you dying to get up in the morning to go to work.

We won't always succeed in getting this for you. Actually we fail more times than we succeed. But we'll strive to achieve it.

We won't contact you about jobs you've told us you do not want, or in locations you won't travel to, or for salaries that are too low for your expectations. We won't ask where you are interviewing and then send CV's there to compete with your application.

We will give you feedback on anything from our initial contact on that we feel may affect the ability you have to find the opportunity you want.
