DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Project Manager
Midas technologies is looking, on behalf of a client, for a DAS project manager to take the lead in a highly skilled team.
Some of the key responsibilities:
Plan resources; track and report progress; identify and mitigate risks; ensure that design and quality standards are met; ensure a safe working environment; to include the following solutions: Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Small Cell. Develop solutions that meet business requirements and solve client issues. Develop instructions, guidelines and industry best practices on DAS component and system installation.
Key requirements:
- + 5 years of experience in Project Management
- DAS installation, commissioning and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of wireless technology, such as CDMA/EVDO, GSM/UMTS, LTE, WIMAX etc.
- Knowledge of in-building construction methods for antennas, cables, and conduits
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Wireless/DAS applications and the ability to mentor and lead their team on best practice solutions
- Manage budgets and conflict
- Ability to travel
Desirable:
- Network Administration experience would be an advantage
