Our client is a leading edge technology company that is engaged in designing, manufacturing and supplying healthcare information systems. They are now looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team.

If you’re a project management professional with experience of Agile software development environments, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself in an exciting new role.

What’s more, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our client’s other offices, as well as customers and contractors in the UK, Canada and Australia, meaning you can travel the globe while you work.

As the IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the direction, implementation, control and completion of our client’s technical projects.

Overseeing the Project Team, you’ll inspire them to perform tasks to a high standard and complete projects on time, within budget and in-line with customers’ expectations.

Liaising with key stakeholders, you’ll define the scope and objectives of projects and develop plans to monitor and track project progress and performance.

Additionally, you’ll provide technical support to customers once projects are complete and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues in a timely manner.

As part of your role, you may be required to occasionally work outside of standard working hours, so a flexible approach is key.

To be considered, you must have:

– Project management experience within an Agile software development environment
– Experience of working with MS Project
– A good understanding of project and business dynamics
– The ability to capture all user requirements
– A degree (or equivalent) in an IT related discipline

Analytical and organised, as the IT Project Manager, you must have great communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative approach to problem-solving is also key, as is a logical mindset.
