My Client who are going through a period of large period of growth at the moment are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join their growing team based in Dublin City Centre.
In this role you will have responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and support of all technical infrastructures including:
- Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Print Servers
- Microsoft Office Suite 2010
- Microsoft Outlook and Skype for Business
- Polycom Video Conferencing and Audio Visual equipment
Skills / Experience:
- 4+ years technical experience focusing on Windows Operating Systems (Desktop & Server)
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory Windows 2003
- Good understanding ofLAN/ WAN andTCP/IP
- Third level qualification within IT discipline.
- Experience in a PC Rollout project is desirable.
