Enterprise People are currently seeking a Test Lead for a 6-12 Month Contract based in Kildare. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Test lead will manage a team of experienced Test Analysts who are responsible for all test activities on an applications and infrastructure migration project.
The Test Lead will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Test applications and infrastructure
• Align program test approach with the development roadmap
• Communicate all test issues effectively and executing procedures in order to arrive at the appropriate fix
• Manage the daily workload of a testers and giving testing direction
• Provide strong governance and leadership in developing a test strategy for the program
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Define the roles and responsibilities of the project team
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ Years Test Lead experience
• Test driven development techniques and/or tooling / methodologies
• Strong attention to details
• Testing Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
