Red Chair Recruitment is looking for an Application Support Representative to work within our client’s technical delivery team in Cork City.
Daily Checks:
- Log, resolve and escalate tickets/issues made by customers
- Reviewal and administration of Database server and application tools
- Troubleshoot system failures by reviewing and recommending redesigns of code
- Provide feedback to design and development engineering for product improvement
- Liaise with customers to implement new technologies and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
What you will need:
