Technical Support Engineer – German/French
My client based in Cork has a requirement for a technical support engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The role will be focused around Networks & Security and successful applications will have a technical background with fluent French/German speaking ability.

* 6 Month Contract
Role
* Previous experience in technical or customer support environment
* Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Windows Server
* Experience of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux based networking appliances
* Experience with firewalls, routers and switches
* Experience with security solutions (Anti-Malware, Mobile, Email, Web and Encryption standards)
* Experience in troubleshooting protocols such as HTTP, SMTP and DHCP
* Networking or related certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Security+ desirable
All applicants must be fluent in French and/or German – both written and verbal
