Network Security Engineer Senior

My client is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join there expanding team. This is an exciting time to join as they have multiple projects planned and work with some of the most exciting technology available. If you enjoy designing, and implementing then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Focus on network segmentation, network access control, virtual private networks, and software-defined networking
* Enhance security and reduce risk by implementing segmentation traffic controls on the internal network while following security guidelines.
* Working across multiple teams, internal network, security, cloud, and external suppliers, to understand networking connectivity and security requirements for upcoming projects
* Design and implement automation through scripting and other techniques to implement network infrastructure and improve operational efficiencies
* Mentor junior colleagues and show a willingness to develop into management

Key Requirements:

* IT Related Degree
* Strong Networking concepts knowledge specialising in Network Security
* Experience with ACI network design, load balances, and Palo alto firewalls ideally
* Strong Cloud solution knowledge (AWS solution or AWS networking specialist)
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication including Documentation
