Programme Manager – Supply Chain and Procurement

Aspira is looking for an experienced senior Project Manager to start from January 2021 for 6 months with the possibility of extension, up to 24 months.
The role is located in England, UK.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of working as a project manager delivering large scale and complex transformation projects as well as expensive IT related projects in both private and public sector procurement environments.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate specific experience in:
- Planning at a high level and in detail for all project stages
- Working within complex devolved procurement environment
- Drafting good quality, accurate and concise project documentation including strategies, business cases and project initiation documents
- Using subject matter expertise to guide, influence and add value
- Innovative problem solving and a resolution based approach
- Resource allocation
- Risk and issue management including mitigation
- Team management
- Change management
- RACI creation and management
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Test strategies and management
- Contributing to the creation of a PMO
Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE 2, or equivalent
- MCIPS
- Bachelors Degree in a related subject
- Postgraduate qualification in a related subject an advantage
