Financial Systems Replacement Programme Manager

Aspira is currently looking for a Programme Manager, interested in leading a Financial Systems Replacement Project.

Initially a 2-year engagement, with potential to extend into further 2-3 years.

The project focuses on new financial ERP solution, with fit for purpose chart of accounts to ground all transformation initiatives.

Leadership | Stakeholders | Standards | Planning | Resources | Oversight | Multi-million-£ Budget | Benefits realization | Communications | Change management

Key skills required:

  • Gravitas: Proven record of influencing high level stakeholders from diverse backgrounds as well as on the ground finance operatives.
  • Proven track record in successful delivery of complex projects, including MS, Oracle, and SAP solutions in financial context.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset (from ability to read RFTs to dealing with long term interests)
  • Project Management Deliverer: practical and qualified
  • Experience in programme management in multi-site environments
  • Programme management success across both:
    • People/Organisation;
    • Technical IT solutions.
  • Ability to converse in technical project management (PMBOK, Prince, BABOK) and to apply the appropriate methodology with PMs.
  • Track record working in people based, service driven organizations rather manufacturing/industry.
