Security Support Implementation Engineer
We are working with a global client who is looking for a highly technical support engineer, who has an interest in Security, Architecture, and, Support. This role is ideal for someone who wants to works in a super technical role/company but also enjoys customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support both internal and external
* Troubleshoot difficult issues and own the process from start to finish
* Work with other technical team and provide ideas on how to improve various systems, this team includes product support, R&D, QA etc
* Document fixes and issues
* Accept escalations from L1 and L2 colleagues
* Ability to work with limited supervision, and can fix technical issues themselves
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Senior presales/technical support role ideally with a security related company
* Strong problem solving skills
* A strong technical background in the following, OpenAPI/Swaggers, Rest API’s and DevOps/SECDevOps
* Experience with API management, Firewalls, SAST and DAST would be ideal
* Interested in new technology and always wanting to move forward
* Security solution experience with VeraCode, Synopsis, Sqreen and CheckMarx
