Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Services Manager for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the delivery of technology functions including software development, infrastructure (support and implementation), web technology and application support across multiple locations. The Technical Services Manager will work closely with the business and users, providing technology leadership and direction at all times. The Technical Services Manager will have:
A 3rd Level IT Qualification
At least 10 Years IT experience
7+ Years experience in a Technical Management role
Proven experience managing resources such as Operations, DBA’s, Development and Testing
Solid Billing Applications and/or Call Centre Management experience
Proven experience delivering multiple IT projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
