Presales Consultant
SoftCo develop Document & Business Process Automation solutions that reduce costs, streamline and improve key business processes, protect critical content over its entire lifecycle and enable organisations to meet compliance obligations. With over 900 customers across multiple industry sectors including logistics, financial services, healthcare, legal, and government, SoftCo is a global organisation.
Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will provide technical support to the SoftCo Sales Team and partner channel for both the SoftCo R8 and SoftCo R8 On-demand SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Assist SoftCo Sales team in demonstrations to customers/prospective customers.
•Analyse/understand customer requirements and match to SoftCo product set.
•Create demonstration and pilot systems for prospective customers using SoftCo's Business Process Platform and .net code.
•Assist and support SoftCo partners in designing solutions for their customers.
•Work with Product Development to add features which support customer/partner needs.
•Comply with all internal administrative processes and liaise with relevant operational departments.
•Reporting into the relevant management teams.
Requirements:
•A college degree or similar qualification in IT or Business.
•Significant experience specifically in software development, including strong experience in .Net (C# & Web applications).
•Previous presales experience would be an advantage although not essential.
•Customer facing experience including product demonstrations, process analysis.
•Flexible and creative approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•All round business & commercial experience.
•Ability to work to tight deadlines.
•Full, clean driving licence.
Additional Skills:
•Windows Workflow Foundation experience an advantage.
•Previous experience with Document Management and Workflow solutions.
