Western Webs have a vacancy for a Website Designer & Developer based in Tuam, Co.Galway. This role will suit an experienced developer working on several large sites operated by Western Webs as well as developing new sites for our large client base.
The position is initially 3-6 month contract starting in LAte February / Early March with the possibility of a full time depending on the candidate. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and quality of portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Website Building, Testing Updating & publishing.
• Website Updates & Maintenance
Requirements
-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years solid commercial experience developing websites and web-based applications with strong PHP/MySql skills.
• Must have the ability to conform to web/development standards.
– Proficiency in layout and visual design, scripting and design standards.
– An in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, html and javascript is required.
– Most of all we are looking for a candidate with a real interest in web development who is self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative..
