Support Administrator
To provide administrative assistance in the financial department of a successful multinational organization. Direct support to finance function may also be required.
The Role:
• Responsible for updating and maintaining various excel and word documents.
• Support to the purchasing function in completing customer requests as required.
• Assisting in compiling licence inventories, analysing data and compiling reports.
• Complete housekeeping tasks on relevant systems as directed.
• Provide support for process reviews and compilation of related documentation.
• Provide support in creation of monthly vendor reports
• Provide support in generation of departmental reports.
Requirements:
• Computer literate with an excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word
• Strong analytical skills and with a desire to develop these skills in a busy and varied role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Good team player, must enjoy being part of, and actively participating in a team environment
• Experience in a similar role
• Third level qualification or equivalent, preferably in the financial area is desirable
• Highly focused and organised individual.
