Senior Scheduler

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Shannon, Ireland to work with a team analysts to provide the agreed support services to a prestigious and very large financial managed service customer. The successful applicant will have experience in managing and working within a large team in delivering outsourced services to an enterprise customer, in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
Coach, develop and motivate the team and team members to achieve their full potential.
Answer calls from engineers within timeframes
Receive relevant information from engineers to close calls
Close calls on system within defined timeframes/procedures
Follow call logging procedures
Maintain related records and logs as directed
Scheduling procedures and processes are followed
Resolves standard customer queries/issues
Collect and review information for customer reports
Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet contractual obligations.
Ensure that all staff comply with all company department and customer policies and procedures, to include being available to help address personal issues that may affect performance at work.

Skills Required:
Experience in a scheduling background
Excellent individual/interpersonal management skills
Strong understanding of resource and SLA management within IT services
Ability to plan, organise and fully utilise internal and external resources
Excellent communication skills
Influencing and negotiation skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Flexible and Adaptable to change
