realTime are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Talent Management candidate.
My Client is replacing their current financial system with SAP ECC 6.0 financial system and want an expert to help them maximise the functionality offered by SAP HCM. The Client is looking to use the newest SAP functionality to support their Performance Management and Learning and Development functions. You will have the level of experience to outline how the SAP HCM Talent Management can be configured to best suit the Company s requirements.
You will be required to cover the following areas: Overview, Constraints, Risks, Options, Estimates, Prototypes and Recommendations. Then an implementation will follow.
ECC 6.0 experience is essential to secure this role.
