My client is looking to hire a very specific type of person for the Business Analyst / Consultant position. The company itself is a reputable software solutions provider to the Financial Services sector. This role will focus specifically on their General Insurance clients.
The BA Consultant is a permanent position that offers the job-holder a challenging, busy and rewarding work environment and salary.
Duties:
• Requirements gathering
• Manage requirements through solution, test and delivery
• To assist the customer in defect management
• Plan delivery of requirements
• Track progress to ensure aggressive project deadlines are met
• Communicate scope changes to the customer and manage the customer’s expectations
• Liaising with Sales to ascertain the project scope
• Managing requirements through to delivery
• Working with the project manager to estimate and plan the requirements gathering
Experience:
• General Insurance industry experience is absolutely essential
• Business Process Modelling
• Requirements management and traceability
• Workshop facilitation
• Matching solution to requirements
• Managing change control
• SQL, XML & Testing
