German Customer Support Technicians – Cork
Our Client, a dynamic and quickly expanding outsourced services call centre based in Cork, are urgently seeking a team of multilingual Customer Support Technicians to handle calls and emails from business customers for an online well known global brand.
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
Basic understanding of web-based applications is required, at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service or technical support role, fluency in English (essential), Solid knowledge in entire MS Office Site, Adobe, Tiff Images, XAR files essential, native level German.
