My client, a major player in the online sector, has an urgent requirement for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in the online industry. The suitable candidate must have experience working at Senior Executive level and display passion and flair for strategic CRM solutions for today’s market.
Overview
The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing customer insight and managing the effectiveness of customer communications. As a fundamental driver of ongoing growth and profitability, the CRM Manager will be responsible for delivering key KPIs (churn, customer profitability, etc) for my client across multiple regions.
You will also be responsible for the below:
• A Strategic Customer Communications Solution in order to optimize value and customer experience
• Stronger use of technology and communication platforms within this area Customer
• Insight analysis, strategy, demographic etc
• Performance evaluation and reporting Database Management
