VOIP Engineers

Our client is a large-scale software centre of excellence based in Belfast. The organisation works on the development, maintenance and support of a range of enterprise-level applications that span a global network of business users. There are a number of new opportunities within a dynamic area of the business that has responsibility for technology product development, IT Optimisation, deployment designs and internal communications for the entire region. It is a key team within the organisation.

There is a broad range of responsibilities within these roles including the following:

– Providing lead engineering excellence and skills throughout all project phases including requirements gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations.
– Work closely with internal clients to ensure delivery of projects
– Co-ordinate and manage relations with integration partners when required for physical commissioning and general installation of equipment
– Provide technical guidance and mentoring for more junior engineers
– Participate in Architecture strategy activities when required

Applicants must have the following background:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
– Avaya certification, ACA, ACE
– Cisco CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCVP certified
– Avaya IPT hands-on configuration experience
– Knowledge of NICE and / or Cybertech voice recording Systems
– Knowledge of contact centre solutions ie IVR and Diallers
– Strong communication skills and able to build and maintain internal working relationships
– organised and able to work to deadlines
