ROLE DESCRIPTION: Data Analyst

Location: Dublin

Position: Permanent

Our Client (working closely with Allen Recruitment) is looking for a Data Analyst. The successful Data Analyst will provide operational support for bespoke data reports across a number of our clients SQL databases.

The expected Data Analyst will provide a high level of expertise in the area of reporting solutions and to ensure all current and future reporting requirements are met and exceeded.

In order to consider for this position the successful Data Analyst must also have a good understanding of database functionalities in terms of design and the best practice when retrieving / extracting data.

Key Responsibilities

Supports all data analysis and bespoke data extract processing for business operations.
Analyse operational data sources and define common data stores for accurate real time reporting across the business.
Design, test, develop and support operational reporting systems.
Person Requirements:

Strong experience in data analysis and reporting system development.
Strong SQL skills query capability and logical schema design and implementation for reporting systems.
Skilled in defining the mapping of source systems to reporting systems.
Creation of data transformation logic and implementation into production reporting systems.
