Role – Life and Pension Test Analysts

The Client:

My client is an established leading provider in the global financial services sector. They currently have requirements for experienced Life Test Analysts to begin work within an existing applications team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Designing and writing test scripts
• QA/test releases to ensure stability & integrity of the production system
• New products testing & implementation
• Responsibility for testing change controls, system enhancements & error fixes
• Analysis and reporting of errors and issues raised as part of testing
• Documenting test output and change control items
• Provision of test support to business users & assisting in solving delivery issues
• Work closely with business analysts to ensure alignment between testing and business requirements
• Provides test analysis expertise to assigned projects
• Responsible for signs off test stream and supporting the release to production;
• Provide advice & guidance to the business in use of the production system.

Skills and Experience:

• 2/3 years of test-related experience with a high level of Life 400 test experience essential
• Expert in all aspects of testing, planning, execution, interpreting results and documenting finding
• Ability to liaise with technical and business analysts
• Ability to undertake impact analysis of identified errors and the ability to co-ordinate error resolution;
