Entry Level Application Support

Our client a large software House situated close to Belfast city centre is currently recruiting a number of Entry Level Application Support roles. The organisation builds, develops and supports a range of high-end, enterprise level software applications that are used globally. Our client is known for its excellent graduate training and well respected for their fast track career pathways

Responsibilities

-Responsible for providing support on multiple Applications
-Providing 2nd & 3rd line Support with focus on Customer Service
-Some Technical Analysis

Experience

-Degree or equivalent experience
-Have relevant work or placement experience
-Excellent Communication skills

These are new positions and come with a solid grounding in internal product training and with a clear path for career and personal development.
