Job Purpose:

Our Belfast client is looking for a talented Voice Engineer. The role is for a voice engineer to design and implement VOIP & IPT solutions in accordance to business requirements and in compliance with our team.

You will be a member of the Network Engineering Team. This team is accountable for ensuring that all the team’s activities are coherent, support the Firm’s objectives

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing lead engineering excellence and skills throughout all project phases (requirements gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations)
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced Voice/Network Engineers
* Provide occasional third level support and working closely with the Voice & Network Operations teams to resolve complex IPT issues when required.
* Participate in Architecture strategy activities when required

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
* Avaya IPT hands on configuration experience
* Knowledge of NICE and/or Cybertech voice Recording systems
* Knowledge of Contact centre solutions i.e. IVR and Diallers
* SBC such as Acme
* SIP/H323 exposure
* Experience in delivering complex IPT solutions

The following skills would be a bonus
IPC
Cisco voice exposure, Call Manager, ICM, CVP, Cisco gateways, gatekeepers

Qualifications:
* Preferably educated to degree level in ElectricalElectronics or Computer Engineering
* Avaya certification, ACA, ACE
* Cisco CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCVP
