Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager Perm Dublin. My client a leading light within their respected industry is in urgent need of a very experience project manager to join them on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a project manager that is able to manage multiple projects/programmes and manage project teams of varying sizes. Due to the level and nature of work candidates will have to be comfortable dealing with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and be able to develop, manage and deliver business improvement projects to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities. Successful candidates must also be able to participate in business problem solving, delivering robust analysis that outlines how clients can change their business to achieve real benefit. My client will expect that their project managers will participate in re-engineering business models whether it is at a strategic business-wide level or at a functional or process level and actively engage with prospective clients and seek to develop new accounts. Successful project/programme mangers will have around 10 years within a similar role and be able to demonstrate considerable success within delivering projects. Successful candidates will have experience in being an effective change agent and leader and the ability to manage, motivate and organise multi-discipline teams, it will be expected that you are comfortable managing client expectations and relationships. My client is looking to bring someone in that has a background in either the Banking/Financial Services or the Insurance markets.
