Oracle Business Intelligence/ETL Consultant

(OBIEE)Oracle Business Intelligence ETL Consultant Permanent Dublin. My client a boutique player within the consulting arena is in urgent need of a talented and experienced ETL/Datawarehouse Consultant. My client is looking due to exponential growth within their business practise for a technical developer/consultant that has strong Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) knowledge to join their business intelligence practise. You will typically come from a Data Integration role with some of the following technologies: – Open Source: Talend, Pentaho Data Integration Proprietary: Informatica, SAS Data Integration Studio, IBM Data Stage etc. Candidates will have Strong querying, data analysis and data flow mapping skills. You will be expected as a prerequisite to have these skills. Candidates will also have Data quality skills – checks, standardisation, house holding. You will have an understanding of Data architecture as a matter of course. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate Data modelling skills (these will include normalization, referential integrity) Dimension modelling (dimensions, facts, SCDs will be seen as a definite advantage). Candidates must also have strong Database / ETL performance tuning and programming skills. My client is looking for candidates that will have worked within a similar role for at least 5 years ideally 7 .
