To work with us you will possess the following competencies and experience.

• Degree qualification
• More than 2 years work experience in Recruitment OR Sales / business development / telesales with an understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Interest to develop your career to team lead level with high aspirations for yourself in terms of monetary gain and personal development
• A“Big-Biller” attitude and mentality
• Good sense of humour and positive perspective and outlook
• Emotional resilience and tenacity
• process driven mentality

On successful hire you will assume responsibility for:

• Account management of one of our PSL clients
• Adopting innovative problem solving / creative thinking techniques while sourcing candidates and new business opportunities
• Advertising and Marketing of roles
• Meeting revenue targets
• Business Development within your area
• Reverse marketing
• Head-hunting
• Contribute towards the growth, strategy and future direction of the company

Our remuneration package includes above industry basic salary and commission structures, quarterly bonus, 22 days holidays plus and extra day for your birthday.
