Instructional Design Manager

Instructional Design Manager for an e-learning firm based in Dublin where the role caters for customer demand for a seamless, comprehensive print and technology-based learning solution. The role will lead, manage and direct a team of internal Instructional Designers and external partners and consultants around the pedagogical quality, instructional and other elements of programs such as assessment, learning management system (LMS) integration; lesson plans, print etc. The team oversees the definition and translation of all product’s instructional design and works with a PMO (project management office) to scope, resource, and plan projects and to execute design and production activities that deliver on schedule, quality, and business requirements. The team monitors all areas of product design: art, audio, interactivities to ensure that integrity of instructional design is maintained, recruitment and leadership of the team
To get this role you will have a relevant third level qualification in education and over 8 years experience in instructional design within an e-learning environment, a minimum of five years experience managing a team working on programs or projects delivering e-learning management systems; e-learning products or similar. You willbe passionate about the industry
