IT Support Analyst to start ASAP
Due to ongoing company expansion, our client is urgently seeking IT graduates with minimum of 12 months experience in an IT support/client support role. This is a permanent role which will give you an opportunity to build a career within a leading organization.
As an IT Support Analyst you will provide front line email and telephone support for new and existing customers & their development partners, and maintain their details in the database. As part of the development and training program, time will also be spent in Testing & QA.
Key skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have 3rd level IT Degree and previous experience working in a helpdesk/IT support role.
Experience in the banking, payments or financial services industries would be a distinct advantage. Any technical experience in programming languages or XML / Web Services projects is also an advantage.
