We are seeking an experienced Java developer with a number of years experience in the development of n-tier applications to join a team of developers who are operating within an agile environment designing and testing next generation products.

As Head of the Java team you will be responsible for a team of 6 experienced developers ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications. You will be required to provide technical direction and leadership.

[b]Key Skills & Experience[/b]

 7 years plus exp in Java development, with 4 in n-tier development
 In-depth knowledge of Java, Apache, Tomcat, Web services
 Understanding of design patterns
 Previous experience leading projects/teams
 Experience working within an agile environment

This is a hands on development role focused on managing projects
