My client is seeking to hire a Web Developer who is strong at .NET Technologies. This is a great role offering a variety of work and the initial project that this role will be focusing on is the re-development of their live website !
Your skill-set should be
3 yrs ASP.NET / C# Software Development
Using / To be comfortable with SQL Server 2005
Ideally you would have worked in a web development company and have directly worked on a handful of ASP.NET (5+) websites OR you would have worked directly on maintaining an existing high traffic website. However if you have ASP.NET and are design aware and very internet / intranet mindset based this would also be a good match.
Nice to have skills:-
Good with SQL Server 2005 ( performance tuning your own code). JQuery, AJAX, Updatepanels, Photoshop, Graphic Design Package.
My client wants to see websites of your work – one's that you directly made ( or features on a website that you directly made). You will want to be interested in learning backend development. You may or may not be developing backend features, but you will definitely be using them.
