My client, a leading IT consultancy based in Cork, is currently looking for a permanent VmWare specialist to join their team due to their continued growth. This client offers excellent prospects for career progression and a great salary and benefits package is on offer!

Your role: Technical Consultant – VmWare 60% Windows 40%

You will be part of a dynamic and well respected consultancy with a name for IT excellence in the market. As part of a team of 12 you will be onsite with key clients in Cork city and will be part of a wider team of over 60 in IT within the company. Your main role will involve designing, installing and configuring solutions using VMWare. You will also be responsible for designing, installing and configuring Active Directory and Windows Exchange 2003/2007 which will encompass 40% of your day to day responsibilities.

Your skill set:
-10 years total IT experience
-At least 3 years hands on experience with VmWare
-Proficient in Active Directory
-Proficient in Windows Exchange 2003/2007

Ideal but not essential:
-Citrix experience
-Third level degree/diploma
-VmWare certification
-Cisco certifications
