Quality Controller in West Sussex

Quality Controller Wake (QA) Limited is an Audit Organisation accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to perform IATA Operational Safety Audits (IOSA). These audits are conducted for airlines around the world to assess their level of compliance to safety standards set by IATA. Wake (QA) is based in West Sussex and is currently looking to recruit a Quality Controller within our Quality Department. This is a full time permanent position, working out of our Henfield offices. Main Duties: * Duties within the Quality Department include producing and assessing audit reports against set quality parameters, and supporting administration. Specific Duties: * Working closely with the auditors and Quality Production Manager to ensure quality parameters are met; * Produce feedback for auditors regarding performance; * Correct reports as necessary; * Maintain associated Quality Department files and records. Requirements: * Education to an A level, including A level English; * Keen eye for detail, logical and numerate; * Good communicator; * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; * Good computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat); * Enjoys working in a quiet, focused manner; * Has an aptitude for performing repetitive tasks; * Experience or exposure to auditing and quality assurance systems preferred. Those selected for the Quality Controller role should expect to complete aptitude testing as part of the interview process. Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 pa dependent on qualification
