NORWEGIAN TECH SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE BELFAST

We have a number of new jobs for multilingual candidates. Our Belfast based client is hiring Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Agents starting in June and July 2010.
An attractive relocation package is available for successful candidates who are currently not living in Ireland.

The roles range from Customer Service to Technical Support and Sales:

NORWEGIAN

Responsibilities:

*Provides excellent customer service and technical support via telephone and email
*Provides a positive customer experience through, efficient, friendly, high quality response
*Fields advanced customer enquiries across all support channels
*Technical Support and Games Support (for some of the available roles)
*Assists with knowledge base maintenance, FAQ review, and pre-formatted responses.
*Takes part in, and encourages active participation in team discussion activities

SKILLS

Essential Criteria:

*Fluency in written and spoken English and at least one other of the above mentioned roles
*Customer Focus – 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
*Working with Others – Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
*Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
*Effective Communication – Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Resilience – Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
*Problem Solving – Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
*Responsibility for Results – Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours/week

TRAINING/INDUCTION: 2 weeks

HOLIDAYS: 21 Holiday & birthday day off.
