My client is on the lookout for several Software QA and documentation specialists to join their team in Dundalk, Co Louth. Below is an outline of the role for you to look over. One of our established clients based in Dundalk, Co Louth looking for several Software QA and documentation specialists. Below is the specification:

Key responsibilities…

 Managing a quality assurance cycle for product line which include both Win32 and .Net ERP software products running on desktop, web and mobile devices
 Designing and implementing both automated and manual test strategies
 Preparation of technical documentation and training collateral for internal, end user and reseller consumption
 Preparing and delivering internal training courses to our Professional and Customer services departments on product feature sets
 Scoping customer change request specifications and monitoring them through the development cycle to delivery
 Assisting pre-sales with new project scoping

The successful candidate will have…

 A minimum of 2/3 years experience, preferably in a management role, in a software product QA environment
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Strong ERP process knowledge. This should include accounting procedures, order processing, stock management.
