A leading insurance company, specialising in the provision of Life, General and Health Insurance to customers worldwide is seeking to expand a team of technology specialists working within their Products and Investments Group in Dublin city centre. With a strong presence in Ireland, our client has business operations across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
Now rolling out new technology to support product and investment development, Implementation Specialist are sought to support the Head of Process Governance and Delivery across the three main areas of life, health and general insurance.
[b]Responsibilities[/b]
Define and devise best practice interfaces which will deliver efficiencies in behavioural analysis, new product and market entry scenarios
Work closely with IT, Customer Services and other business units to devise both tactical and strategic interface solutions to meet the requirements of management and various stakeholders
Assist in the development of various project initiatives through requirements gathering, business analysis, project planning etc.
Maintain strong communication with key interface points across the business to work towards building a culture of excellence within the Development and Implementation team
[b]Requirements[/b]
Educated to degree level with additional professional qualifications preferred
Previous experience of working in a business analyst or IT analyst role is essential (ideally within the insurance industry)
Be delivery focused, capable of working in a change culture to challenging deadlines
Strong technical analytical skills
Good understanding of operational delivery
Proven track record in defining and delivering operational interfaces / processes and governance to a high standard of quality
Proven experience in supporting the interface roll out of commercial product / sales initiatives preferably in an Insurance capacity
Excellent PC Skills particularly in Excel, MS Project, Visio etc
Proficient in dealing with senior stakeholders across an organisation as evidenced by a proven ability to present outputs and influence process improvement
