Using a combination of speech, touchstone, SMS and video, they enable businesses to reduce customer service costs, improve the customer experience and adapt more quickly to changing business needs. An opportunity has now arisen for a Telesales Executive / Sales Consultant to join their team.

As a Telesales Executive / Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and selling the company’s suite of IVR applications to mid-market and enterprise customers.
You will be tasked with:
– Developing and qualifying new business leads in target markets
– Closing new business, meeting revenue and new account quotas
– Appointment setting via phone calls
– Managing a large contact base
– Maintaining a clean database of prospect and customer contact
To be considered for the role of Telesales Executive / Sales Consultant, you must have proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Additionally, you will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for learning and a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills and good customer orientation is also key.
Although not essential, experience of selling technical products and services would be a distinct advantage to your application, as would experience gained within a contact centre or an IVR technology industry. A degree (or equivalent) would also be beneficial.
