SERVER SUPPORT OPERATOR -DUBLIN WEST – 6 MONTHS
Multinational IT company in Dublin West are looking for a Server Operator (24 x 7) who will be responsible for monitoring devices including Servers, Network devices, tape libraries, URL’s.
The main responsibilities of the Server Operator will include:
* Running batch and other Operational tasks across multiple platforms (iSeries, pSeries, xSeries, Zseries)
* Monitor TEC (Tivoli Enterprise Consile)
* Log problem tickets for customer issues(ManageNow – Maximo)
* Monitor NetView and TEP
* Man all communication into the Operations Bridge
* Running archives and backups using SAP, TSM, BRMS and BRTOOLS
