My client is actively seeking a Software Development Manager with strong Embedded Systems experience. You will have solid Team leading, budget and tracking skills and the ability to lead by example and preferably come from a Software Development background yourself. Mandatory Requirements
– Graduate in Software Engineering or equivalent
– Demonstrated Engineering Management skills, including team development and Project Management
– 5 years of engineering management experience
– Demonstrated track record of meeting cost, schedule and performance goals
– Strong embedded software architecture and development skills
– Embedded Software experience including C, C for 8/16/32 bit micro controllers
– Experience with broad variety of communications interfaces, serial, Ethernet, Wireless
– Experience with broad variety of networking protocols
