Position: QA Engineer
Location: Galway
Term: 6 months contract
Rate: €240 per day (DOE)
We are currently seeking a QA Engineer for a 6 month contract based in Galway.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Test / QA and be comfortable working with developers, BA’s and systems administrators, as well remote teams (e.g. Dublin, US etc) to agree requirements and coordinate activities and deliverables (Note: travel is not required).
Essential skills:
– experience as a Test / QA Engineer within a fast-paced Agile environment
– good automated testing skills (VB scripting in QTP)
– excellent exposure to the full functional QA testing and systems development lifecycles
Also, ideally you should come from a background in financial services (although not essential).
