For the role you will be responsible for the management of up to 12 Telesales Account Managers, you will be responsible for setting targets and having the ability to push the team to achieve them. You will set out strategic growth for the department along with mentor and train your team.
We are looking to hear from people who have achieved over 2 years experience in a team leader/Management role with a proven record within the IT sales sector. You should be a strong leader and have the ability to drive a team to succeed.
