Job Brief Experienced and dedicated Software Development Manager required to lead a team of software development engineers. The ideal candidate shall have a technical qualification in one of the following fields: Computer science/computer engineering/IT/Electronics. Commercial work experience of 8 years is required, including 3 years’ worth of management of software development teams experience. Detailed analysis of product requirement Management of multiple parallel projects Definition of product software requirements and specifications Management of 3rd party integration projects Delivery and maintenance of high quality, and compelling software products Creation of project plans and monitoring of schedule adherence Review and design of software, including technical and source code reviews 4. Desired Skills/Experience Development of MS Windows desktop and server applications Development using Visual Studio 2005/2008 .NET framework development (C#) Database schema and procedure design Profiling and optimisation of database queries SQL Server 2005/2008 5.
